If u do not cancel ur appointment within 48 hrs or you are a no show to ur appointment you will be charged full price of whatever services you booked for. The Buisness runs by appointments . By not showing up leaves the lash artist to have to wait around for 2-3 hrs til next appointment comes in. We get fully booked And the appointment could of bn booked by someone who would of Came in.
